Take your body measurements over underwear using a flexible tape measure. Keep the tape level and close to your body without pulling it tight.

Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level across your back.
B · Waist
Measure around your natural waist, at the narrowest part of your torso.
C · Hips
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and bottom.
